KRUSH
The first generation of Los Angeles graffiti artists set the pace for the development of West Coast style and largely influenced the early works of Krush. Around the time of this generation, he met fellow writers Rage and Wise, and in 1988 all three were invited to join the prominent LA crew "Kings Stop at Nothing" (KSN). This allowed Krush to assimilate new techniques from some of the best artists of the time. He developed his "Digitalia"- a sketch-less, improvisational form of complex lettering.
In 1990, Eklips invited him to join the infamous "Angels will Rise"(AWR) and Seventh Letter(T7L) family. "Everybody learned from each other's strengths, developing the unique styles we are known for today." AWR still has some of the best artists on the street and, along with it's brother crew MSK, they proceed to move graffiti art into the 21st century.
Currently in 2008, Krush is an accomplished graphic designer and Artist, bringing his vision to the streets and galleries of the world, using a mix of traditional & digital media. He spends his spare time making music and is currently working on the launch of T7L Recordings.
